Modern-Day Apothecary

On Tuesday we went to Panther’s Gate, a local store that my mom’s friend Jeanette owns! Today I'm going to tell you about my awesome time there!

First one of the employees showed us around the whole store! At the store they teach martial arts, they do tarot and psychic readings, and when you are there you can have a complimentary tea! You can get massages there and sometimes they hold events and do gong yoga. They also have a shop in the front entry that has crystals, etc.

I learned a lot there! One of the really cool things I learned was that a lot of plants or weeds that grow in your yard you can make medicine or tea out of! For Example, Dandelions help with digestion and they make Dandelion tea!
